You may only access and use the Material for private or educational purposes as granted by intellectual property law or as provided expressly in the Terms and Conditions of the relevant universalmusic.es service. You may not reproduce, distribute, communicate publicly, make available, modify or create works or pieces derived from the Material (or authorize others to undertake these activities) for profit, unless you have obtained the relevant authorization from the owner(s) of the copyrights.

In most cases, shortly after receiving the written notice of the alleged violation or infringement, Universal Music Spain, S.L. will remove the Content and/or Name allegedly constituting a violation of any web pages so specified or, to its sole discretion, will remove such web pages.
4.5 If you have any doubt or question about our policy in case of Violation of Copyrights or Trademarks and about the Notice Procedure, you should direct it to the addresses listed in paragraph 4.3(i) above.
4.6 Until the receipt of a notice from the Artists and the Claimants informing that any conflicts arising among them have been resolved, we will not allow, being fully aware of any resulting consequences, to any Artist, including the Claimant, to send to the Website the Content and/or Name allegedly in breach or violation. b. failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions;
c. any event caused by circumstances beyond our control and that could lead to interruption or corruption of the Website or related services;
d. any losses or damages related to, or arising out of, the use, on your part, of the Website, the Material or related services (with the exception of death or personal injuries arising from our own negligence);
e. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Website, the Material or related services; or
f. any infection, virus and/or other code having contaminating or destructive properties (it is your responsibility to implement sufficient anti-virus procedures and applications to satisfy your own needs on the accuracy of the data you send and receive).
11.3 You further agree to defend, indemnify and hold Universal Music Spain, S.L. and Affiliates of Universal Music Spain, S.L. harmless from any liability in the event of any demand, claim or legal action, including reasonable fees for lawyers, brought by a third party resulting from the use, by you, of the Website, the Material or related services, the violation, by you, of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights of others, as well as any act or failure to act by you.

12.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Spain or from the country in which you live. Your mailing or business activities with, or your participation in promotions of or with other parties met on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations and statements applicable to such activities and transactions are carried out solely between you and such third parties.
12.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Spain. Any legal or judicial proceedings relating to any aspect included in this instrument shall be initiated and resolved exclusively before the courts and judges of the capital city of Madrid. Both parties authorize the extraterritorial service of summons and other judicial documents and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and judges.
12.3 If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force. Any failure to act by Universal Music Spain, S.L. with respect to a breach by you or any third parties shall not be deemed as a waiver of the right to bring actions as available to Universal Music Spain, S.L. with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
12.4 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties as regards the subject matter hereof and supersede and repeal any other proposals, negotiations or previous agreements related to that object.
12.5 Any printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any notice sent in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or related to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same requirements as all other business documents and records originally created and which are maintained in printed form.
