Alejandro Sanz to receive the AECC Medal of Honour at Cap Roig

The Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer de Cataluña (Spanish Association Against Cancer of Catalonia) will tonight award the artist with its highest distinction in recognition of his musical career and work for charity.

The event will take place during the course of a charity dinner that aims to raise funds to be used for programmes to help the fight against cancer.


Tomorrow, Saturday 18 August, Alejandro Sanz will close this year’s Cap Roig Festival, presenting for the first time live his single “No me compares”, a track from his forthcoming new album “La música no se toca”.
